Cancellation Policy

By booking a lesson you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: PAYMENT. Must be received before the lesson can be scheduled. CANCELLATIONS. Minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for the lesson to be re-scheduled. Repeat cancellations will see an end to services. LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW. If you give less than 24 hours notice or don't attend a scheduled lesson, you will be charged for that lesson and will not be able to reschedule. TEACHER CANCELLATION. If the teacher cancels, you will be notified as as soon as possible and a catch-up lesson will be arranged within the same calendar month where possible. REFUNDS. There are no refunds.
